Joshua Blackman, editor of The Internet Lawyer newsletter, here reprints a guide from his new book The Internet Fact Finder for Lawyers. This index lists online resources that are useful in researching companies on the World Wide Web. Most of the Websites listed are thoughtfully annotated and are arranged into subjects including Phone Books, Public Company Starting Points, Annual Reports, and SEC Filings. This site should well serve those who are looking for the best places on the Internet to find more information on companies.
